- Food Production
- Prepares and cooks food for patients, cafeteria, and catering.
- Follows standardized recipes for quality results and meets serving time deadlines.
- Menu plans and communicates with other staff.
- Assists with food deliveries.
- Inspects items and handles invoices.
- Attends meetings with Director and Dietitian.
- Coordinates staff activities.
- Makes menu recommendations.
- Inspects menu items and monitors sanitation.
- Leadership: Provides leadership in absence of Team Leader.

- Assists in serving food on patients' tray line and garnishes plates.
- Sanitation
- Checks food storage, conducts inspections, maintains inventory levels.
- Submits purchase requisitions and ensures food safety.
- Checks food temperatures, maintains production area sanitation.

- Accept criticism and responsibility.
