    Description

    Senior Quality Assurance Manager

    This position will require onsite work; Must be local to Harrisburg, PA.

    Direct Client

    • Lead testing team in coordinating development activities and utilizing industry best practices.
    • Maintain testing schedules and inventory of testing environments.
    • Coordinate various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
    • Construct and maintain test cases, data scripts, and diagrams.
    • Monitor project progress related to testing and ensure project requirements are testable.
    • Deploy quality assurance standards and processes for application development.
    • Perform tests according to plans, including automated load and performance tests.
    • Develop automated test scripts and assist in coordinating user acceptance tests.
    • Prepare and present reports on test results.
    • Provide accurate work estimates and statuses, and communicate effectively with managers and team members.
    • Participate actively in meetings and resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide knowledge transfer and training to designated staff.
    • Manage Test Team processes, address issues and risks, and develop contingency plans.
    • Assist testers and define entry/exit criteria for testing.

    1. Team Foundation Server

    2. Microsoft Test Manager

    3. Soap UI- Ready API

    4. Load UI/Load testing skills

    5. SQL Server

    6. LDAP

    7. Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
