- Develop, administer, and optimize ThinkLP/Salesforce platforms to support over 3,000 users across various operational and strategic functions.
- Design and implement comprehensive data models and analytical tools to improve visibility into asset protection metrics and drive decision-making processes.
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced reporting systems for 'Last-Mile' analytics, delivering tailored insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Act as a key asset protection liaison, supplying and managing complex reporting needs for multiple stakeholder groups to support quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies into the asset protection framework to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a project manager for major asset protection initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership in defining and refining asset protection strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage in deep-dive analyses and data mining activities to address critical business questions related to loss prevention, operational risks, and stakeholder impacts.
- Develop best practices in asset protection, data handling, and analytical techniques.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal processes, aiming to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness in the asset protection domain.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and benchmark against best practices to keep the organization's asset protection strategies at the forefront.
- Act as a systems administrator and subject matter expert regarding all Asset Protection digital tools.
- Develop risk assessment tools and reporting techniques company-wide.
- Configure case, audit, and data entry forms in the case management system, understanding field data validation rules to ensure correct data collection.
- Create workflow processes, including email notification message rules and approval processes for all AP systems.
- Create and maintain security profiles and other security settings to comply with WFM data security standards for all Asset Protection systems.
- Provide internal technical support to all users involved with any Asset Protection System.
- Act as a single point of contact between WFM and applicable third-party solution providers.
- Understand where to find data and how to use various WFM data systems
- Source and import data from other systems and locations, ensuring all data, SOPs, and documents are up to date and consistent, partnering with Finance and IT.
- Function as a conduit between business partners in aspects of AP systems and Amazon projects.
- Profound expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and statistical analysis with a strong emphasis on practical application in asset protection.
- ThinkLP or Salesforce is required, with the ability to customize and optimize these platforms according to business needs.
- Exceptional skills in Excel, including the use of advanced functions and, ideally, knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate tasks and analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate these effectively to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Proven capability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and project goals.

The Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Analyst is critical in supporting the organization through comprehensive analysis, documentation, and the proactive implementation of initiatives designed to identify, understand, and mitigate loss. This role is instrumental in creating advanced models, performing detailed statistical analyses, and ensuring the effectiveness of scorecard development. The Analyst will manage loss-related project management and craft detailed written analyses. They collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop and maintain innovative Asset Protection programs encompassing physical security, AP systems, and integration with Amazon projects.
Location: Austin, TX - This role is based in Austin, TX with an expectation of 3 days a week in the Store Support office
