Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Manager

We are searching for a ProjectManager at our Salt Lake City, UT facility to support the

Mission CriticalEnvironments division.This role will be responsible for the overallcoordination and execution of new projects and jobs from design coordinationphase through installation of products.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain production schedules for multiple concurrentjobs and/or projects, including dates, labor data, financial data, etc.
• Customer submittal package correspondence.
• Communicate regularly with internal and externalcustomers regarding project information, status updates, and schedulingconcerns.
• Maintain and communicate financial information relatedto the project(s).
• Provide responses to internal and external requestsboth promptly and accurately with complete information.
• Following up to ensure customer satisfaction as needed.
• Coordinate communication with customers, includinginstallers, contractors, and end users.
• Work with various Operations teams to assist insuccessful project execution according to order details and timing.
• Change management coordination for any post-award jobchanges that occur.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in an engineering,business, or related field
• Experience working with contractors or customers.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience budgeting and effectively managing costs tobudget.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of door systems andmanufacturing.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to solve problems and work cross-functionallyto resolve them.
• Able to effectively locate, communicate, and documentinformation.
• Computer Skills: Proficient Typing Skills, Word,Outlook, Excel.
• Able to learn Manufacturing/ERP system, and CAD Viewingprograms.
• Ability to travel to job sites as necessary (<5%).

This is a Full-Time Salaried, Exempt Position
