    THE JOB:

    As a Limo Driver, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with transportation, baggage assistance and personal belongings. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

    STARTING RATE: $13.66/hour

    THE DAY-TO-DAY:

    Vehicle Operation:

    • Drive the vehicle assigned by dispatch, which includes picking up and dropping off guests as directed.
    • Ensure timely arrival and departure to meet guest schedules.

    Errand Services:

    • Run various errands for VIP guests, such as picking up shopping items or other specific requests.

    Communication:

    • Answer calls from dispatch and managementpromptly using the radio system.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

    Area Knowledge:

    • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's area, including hotels, golf courses, and restaurants.
    • Utilize resources like magazines, guides, and bulletins to stay informed about the city's ever-changing demographics.

    Vehicle Maintenance:

    • Log and report all necessary repair or maintenanceon the vehicle report sheet at the end of the shift.
    • Perform basic checks and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

    Vehicle Upkeep:

    • Keep the vehicle cleanboth inside and out.
    • Return the vehicle with at least 3/4 tank of fuelat the end of the shift.

    Safety Reporting:

    • Notify a supervisor immediatelyof any safety or maintenance issues with the assigned vehicle.

    Location Updates:

    • Keep dispatchers informedof the vehicle's location at all times to ensure efficient coordination.

    Policy Adherence:

    • Adhere to the policies and proceduresof the Front Services and Transportation Department.
    • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and the public.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 6 monthsof experience in a front-facing guest service role.
      • A history of positive guest interactions and conflict resolution.
    • Personality:
      • Personableand approachable demeanor.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
    • Other Qualifications:
      • Knowledge of local area and directions to assist guests.
      • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    SCHEDULE:

    *Must be able to work below shift, to include weekends and holidays

    Grave Shift: 10:00PM to 6:45AM
