- Deliver anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including blocks, regional, and obstetric cases.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Manage a patient census of 10 per day, utilizing strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Work in a dynamic environment with 36 operating rooms, utilizing Epic EMR system.
- Provide excellent patient care while maintaining a low complication rate.
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Demonstrated expertise in anesthesia care, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, with occasional overtime required.
