Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs and goals.
Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve quality of life.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
