    is currently seeking a compassionate and professional Director of Nursing that will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Nursing Department.

    The Director of Nursing will work closely with the dynamic and highly qualified Unit Managers and Administrator to drive the overall success of the facility.


    Qualifications:


    Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical (L.P.N.) license to practice, or compact state license.


    Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in skilled nursing setting, previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing preferred.


    Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.

    Must reside in Watertown, South Dakota or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to the Watertown, South Dakota area

    (Relocation Assistance available).
