    Senior Business Systems Analyst

    What You'll Do


    The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, management, and design of technology products and solutions provided by the organization's services for its customers and business users.

    The Senior Business Analyst creates new product solutions, improves existing product portfolios, and completes new product initiatives.

    Develops and updates processes to bring products to market efficiently and executes strategies and sales alignment to achieve company growth objectives and profitability.

    What We Are Looking For

    Creates user stories for current and future products based on the market's problems.

    Conducts periodic client / industry /market research to identify user needs to drive enhanced quality, functionality and potentially new products.

    Collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements, processes and workflows Translate requirements into functional specifications for technology and participates in requirements refinement sessions.

    Participates in system testing and user acceptance testing and validation for technology enhancements to be implemented.

    Assists in driving Drives the vision and delivery of corporate trust, custody, escrow and payments service and products to be recognized as the market leader in overall service quality and functionality.

    Be a significant contributor to the design of the organization's technology, process flows and overall product offering, including interacting with technology/software vendors and internal technology partners.

    Assists in the development of a multi-year year strategic roadmap for products, markets, and ability to maximize the organization's profit margins.

    Leads and participates in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.

    Collaborates with other stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, technology, operations, risk and control with the ongoing enhancement of our product offering.

    Pushes the boundaries of advanced technology in analytics, customers sourcing, product security, profit margins, and revolutionary product service and delivery.

    Qualifications


    10+ years of proven success in product creation / development / business technology management in the corporate trust, escrow and payment servicing industry.

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or similar program.
    Ability to gain an in-depth and strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
    Must be highly organized, self-starter, detailed oriented and a productive time manager.
    Project management experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.

    Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey results in a summarily and persuasive manner all levels of the organization.

    Ability to work on a collaborative team or independently on deliverables leveraging methodologies, best practices, and collective knowledge of the business
    Fluency in the use of all MS Office applications
