Maintenance Technician:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the propertiesResident inspectionsCleanliness and appeal of the propertyCompleting work ordersPreparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keepingAssist with Property TurnEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferredHVAC certification preferred

Physical Requirements:
