- Assisting the Senior Analysts and Managers with participating in meetings/conference calls for tax planning purposes and participating in communications with the client, outside advisors and various teams
- Proactively managing workload because of the multiple deadlines associated with monthly tax deliverables
- Understanding and applying accounting and tax concepts to assigned projects
- Analyzing issues and suggesting viable solutions
- Preparing supporting documentation and responses to tax notices to tax authorities and/or advisors
- Preparing tax payment calculations and requests
- Preparing current and deferred tax provisions for both US GAAP and statutory financial statements
- Preparing tax provisions including FAS 109 calculations to determine deferred income tax expense
- Reviewing tax accounting and financial statement disclosures
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 2+ years of Corporation and/or Partnership Income Tax experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, and/or a related field
- CPA and/or parts passed
- non-US Income Tax experience
- Microsoft Excel proficient
