Job Description We're looking for a Service Technician to help keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues.

Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently.

Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities.

Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace.

Help install new equipment when needed.

Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.

Qualifications

Dedicated with a strong work ethic.

Problem solver with a hands-on approach.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Well-organized and good at time management.

Can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Takes initiative and gets things done.

Clear communicator, both verbal and written.

Excited to learn new skills and grow with us.

Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.

Technical certification or training is appreciated.
