    Job Overview

    This role involves accurately picking, checking, packing, sending, and receiving merchandise in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of auto parts to our valued customers.

    About Us

    Key Responsibilities

    • Picking and Packing: Verify assignments with the manager or department lead each morning, handle products safely, and accurately pull assigned parts within specified timeframes.
    • Shipping: Read pick-pack messages, verify orders, inspect products for damage, pack orders securely, update manifests, dispatch routes on time, and ensure drivers depart with ETAs.
    • Receiving: Check in stock transfers, domestic and foreign vendor shipments, label parts, complete discrepancy paperwork, and scan check-in documentation into Inventory Control.
    • Put-Away: Stock put-away carts and pallets accurately, research discrepancies, build put-away carts as needed, and advise bin maintenance of misplaced parts.
    • Bin Maintenance: Assign new items to bin locations, complete warehouse maintenance, stock checks, and clean-up reports, and research missing merchandise using audit trails and physical searches.
    • Returns: Process customer returns, vendor returns, understand automatic core RA processes, and apply cores to COD orders.

    Requirements

    • Work Environment: Willingness to work overtime, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain a professional attitude.
    • Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, adhere to safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive work culture.
    • Physical Demands: Lift items up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb ladders, and push carts throughout the shift.
    • Language Skills: Read part labels written in English and navigate stairs (at some locations).

    Preferred Experience:

    • Warehouse Experience: At least one year of experience in a warehouse setting.
    • One year of experience with RF scanners.

    Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
