    The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of NAME is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs.

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the NAME area.

    Qualifications:
    Excellent customer service and telephone skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries- a plus but not requiredExperience using Salesforce is a plus but not required
