- Help conceptualize and lead product strategies focusing on automating and scaling expansion in Regulated Industries.
- Identify market trends and regulatory changes, adapting strategies to meet these evolving landscapes.
- Ensure the development lifecycle is compliant-by-design
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product vision into functional requirements.
- Liaise with Trust, Risk & Compliance, and Legal teams to maximize efficiency and assure an aligned compliance posture.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and other product teams to align product development with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business impact, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the product roadmap to senior management.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and feedback for product development.
- Translate customer needs into product features that simplify compliance and enhance user experience.
- Spearhead the creation of customer-centric solutions that address specific challenges in regulated industries.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure products comply with all relevant laws and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters within the product team.
- Educate and train team members on compliance-related issues and best practices.
- 8+ years experience in Product Management
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences from executive leadership to your peers in product
- Experience working directly with technical engineering teams
- You have experience with compliance, security, and privacy products
- Understanding compliance frameworks like FedRAMP (Moderate | High), FedRAMP+ IL4/5/6, GDPR, GxP, ITAR, IRAP, etc.
- You love providing both quantitative and qualitative metrics to build a roadmap and inspire cross-functional teams.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800
Zone B: $171,400 - $228,500
Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
