Description
Join a collaborative existing clinic as an employed Maternal Fetal Medicine physician. Providers may perform an average of five surgeries per week, which may include interventions such as cerclage, amniocentesis and other procedures related to high-risk pregnancies. The clinic is designated as a Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center (RPICC) located in West Palm Beach, Florida. As an RPICC we provide advanced care for high-risk pregnancies and are one of only 11 such clinics in the state of Florida.
Our Maternal Fetal Medicine physician will have hospital privileges at St. Mary's Medical Center, which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. St. Mary's Medical Center is a leading provider of high-quality healthcare.
Candidates should be fellowship trained and board certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine. In addition, we are seeking candidates who have a focus on providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs. We are looking for providers who have experience with a wide range of diagnostic and treatment techniques, including fetal ultrasound diagnostics, amniocentesis, and cerclage placement.
St. Mary's Medical Center is a 464-bed acute care hospital that has been serving the medical and health care needs of the greater West Palm Beach area for more than 70 years.
St. Mary's Medical Center offers a broad array of specialty services that include an adult and pediatric emergency and trauma center, Comprehensive Stroke and Neuroscience Center, high-risk obstetrical unit with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), the Institute for Advanced Orthopedics, the Rehabilitation Institute, the Memory Disorders Center, Kaplan Cancer Center, Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center, Schwartz Dialysis Center and the Institute for Mental Health.
