- Initiates direct recruitment strategies to fill open positions within assigned area
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with CEO and HRDs within assigned areas, including quarterly and monthly meetings to ensure recruitment needs are being met
- Screens all applicants to ensure they meet Hospital hiring guidelines and ensures OFCCP compliance and fair hiring practices
- Develops and evaluates recruiting resources and strategies including but not limited to, recruitment ads, and network with regional employment agencies and schools to recruit highly qualified candidates to fill open positions
- Understands and executes both direct as well as in-direct recruiting
- Identifies and attends assigned regional trade shows and job fairs
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related area preferred
- Formal training in Recruitment strategies for staffing, direct recruitment preferred
- 5 years of direct recruitment experience within Healthcare preferred
