The Cloud Solutions Engineer is responsible for the planning and delivery of cloud based customer solutions, capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams, actively address issues, setting priorities when appropriate and assist clients with ongoing support for applications

What you will do:

Responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate Equifax products and services to solve their business problems.

The consulting engagement usually also involves identifying and implementing improvements to the clients existing business processes.
May be a point of contact to clients regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery.
Responsible for client satisfaction and is responsible for the quality of services provided.
Participate in customer Transformation to Cloud and validate customer solutions in Cloud environmentCoordinate customer migration from legacy platform to new cloud platformParticipate in the design, build, test and implementation of Operations deliverables to support project initiativesProject coordination

• Assist with basic tasks of application deployment and setup; Troubleshooting application availability and provide 1st line production support for VIP customersParticipate in incident, problem and change management with accurate reportingCoordinate post production activities with customer delivery to ensure on time deliveryPrepare appropriate documentationPrioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality resultsWhat experience you need:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplinesMust be proficient in the use of API Client tools e.
