    Description

    The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking an ISP Security Specialist who will provide International Programs support to the ISP Managers in the international industrial security mission under the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).

    This individual will provide support in the processing of foreign visit requests and support with Special Access Programs (SAP).


    Specific Responsibilities:
    Support the DCSA International and Special Programs Division (ISP) by tracking and assigning workload in accordance with the ISP processing guide
    Process international outgoing visits for cleared US contractors traveling to classified sites or attending classified meetings
    Answer requests for information from FSO's and the foreign governments
    Submit notification and approval emails to FSO's for foreign visit requests
    Conduct Webinars for International Visits
    Triage mailbox for upcoming visits requests
    Provide solutions and recommendations to ISP Managers for an effective outreach program
    Interact daily with DCSA field personnel, Department of Defense, and Program Security Officers providing guidance on Special Access Program (SAP) industrial security matters
    Process Program Access Requests (PARs), compile security documents for PAR packages, and enter data into SAP personnel database
    File SAP personnel security and training records into the SAP personnel database and the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
    Conduct, record, and track annual SAP eligibility and refresher training
    Gather, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly metrics
    Collect, collate, and produce SAP personnel and inspection status reports assigned to field offices, analyze anomalies, and prepare ACCESS report

    Requirements:
    One to two years' experience with security-related data systems
    Some Industrial security experience to process SAP contract vulnerability assessments and associated documents

    Demonstrated proficiency in One Note, SharePoint, and O365 to promptly respond to SAP group emails, log responses, and store reports The Prospective Group (TPG) is an IT management consulting company providing services internationally to government and commercial entities.
