Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 yearof home health experience with OASIS
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and administering skilled nursing interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable utilizing technology for documentation, communication, and remote patient monitoring.
