- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in working with older adults desired. Must have a genuine desire to assist older adults with dementia.
- Med Pass in Assisted Living: 1 year (Preferred)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
- Record medications administered in the resident's record.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of all medications.
- Documentation of events and incidents.
- Communicate appropriately with residents, family members, physician, support staff, and ancillary care providers.
