Whether you're assisting with food preparation, cashiering, or maintaining a clean and safe space, your contribution is vital to our success. Duties

Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and cleaning work areas
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Support the team with food safety practices, food industry regulations, and proper food storage procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math for transactions and sales calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory
