- 3+ years of manufacturing management/supervisory experience
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, engineering, or other related fields AND/OR 5+ years of overall manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (ideally experience using them in a manufacturing/assembly environment)
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings
- Experience planning production lines
- Strong personnel management and communication skills, including strong integrity and the ability to deliver tough messages
- Computer competency, specifically with the MS Office suite
