    Aurora Sinai Medical Center's Emergency Department is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee that serves approximately 60,000 patients each year. Our newly renovated department has a 42-bed capacity and features rooms specially designed for fast track, general medical and critical care patients. Our team is prepared at any time to treat patients presenting for a variety of complaints with a wide range of acuity levels.

    Sinai's Emergency Department is certified as a level IV trauma care facility by the state of Wisconsin. We have also been recognized by the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association with the Get With The Guidelines-Stroke GOLD PLUS achievement award and are accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Geriatric Emergency Department.
