- 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.
- Expertise in electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design
- Proficiency in analog design, feedback/control systems, and high-speed design
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with test equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
