    We're looking for passionate Electrical and Electronics Engineers who are interested in designing and prototyping greenfield edge mesh networks and computing.

    In this role, you will lead a small team of engineers to rapidly prototype electronics for a next-gen logistics tracking infrastructure.

    You will work closely with a team of talented researchers and engineers to continuously refine these prototypes' design and capabilities.


    Core Responsibilities:
    Lead and participate in the design, sourcing of materials, and building of prototypes.

    Conduct research on current and emerging trends in electronics design and manufacturing capabilities.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs to inform prototypes.

    Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

    Maintain detailed documentation of the electrical analysis, design and schematic.

    Ensure design is compliant with any relevant regulatory standards.

    Mentor junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and problem-solving approaches.

    Requirements


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree is a plus.

    At least 5+ years of relevant experience in PCB design or related fields, including routing and layout.

    Experience designing and prototyping electronic systems.

    Experience with processor selection and system integration.

    Experience with handling practical concerns of systems such as grounding/shielding, EMI mitigation, signal integrity, power integrity.

    Experience with PCB design tools like Autodesk Fusion 360 or Siemens Xpedition.

    Familiarity with circuit simulation software such as LTSpice.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    10+ years of relevant experience in PCB design or related fields.

    Experience with low power wireless communication and designing for low power systems.

    Experience with mixed digital/analog circuit design.

    Experience in sensor design and integration.

    Experience leading teams.
