Provides compassionate supportive and physical care to patients with a life limiting illness assists patients with personal care provides encouragement and support to patients and families communicates patient observations with the hospice team certification required.

- Provides personal care exercise ambulation to patients per state federal regulations ,
- Takes records vital signs other metrics as instructed ,
- Maintains twelve hour educational requirements
