Key Responsibilities: Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity Quality Excellence teamwork) promote teamwork at all times Prepare shipping orders for cold storages assign lot numbers ensure FIFO principles are met Ensure the Cool MOP information freight pricing lot numbers are correct before shipped orders go to invoicing Manage open order reports for each company ensure orders are invoiced moved or deleted in a timely manner Transfer product between cold storages plants Evaluate correct Multi slot discrepancies Process Credit Debit requests Maintain professional relationship outside cold storages plants Monitor communicate rotation issues with cold storages Perform other duties assigned
