    EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
    Full-Time, Hourly Employee

    Career Team's Information Specialist - Programs will be assisting Program Advisors by tracking and supporting the daily activities and outcomes of Center staff as related to Program operations, quality, quantity, and performance goals.

    Program Training Support
    Assist Program Advisor by tracking program changes to identify training needs.
    Assist with updating SharePoint staff resources as directed.
    Assist with staff training as needed, including tracking attendees and content covered.
    Review and confirm staff case action requests as directed by Program Advisors.
    Attend and assist with all program meetings and training.
    Program Performance
    Assist in monitoring program performance by running/reviewing system reports.
    Assist in preparation for / response to monitoring / audit reports as directed.
    Track audit findings for identification of (re)training needs.
    Track reports of CMS system issues for communication as appropriate.
    Assist with assuring quality of virtual case storage.
    Assist with monitoring trackers, Issue Trak, and other systems to assure program implementation and performance quality.

    Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college and university with a bachelor's degree in business, public administration behavioral science or related field.

    Personal computer literacy required, including effective use of the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

    $17

    Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (2) Recruit and evaluate job applicants and candidates for employment; (4) Manage your employment relationship with us, including for:
    (a) onboarding processes; (b) timekeeping, payroll, and expense report administration; (d) employee training and development requirements; (d) the creation, maintenance, and security of your online employee accounts; (f) workers' compensation claims management; (g) employee job performance, including goals and performance reviews, promotions, discipline, and termination; 5) Manage and monitor employee access to company facilities, equipment, and systems; (7) Investigate and enforce compliance with and potential breaches of Company policies and procedures; (8) Engage in corporate transactions requiring review of employee records, such as for evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions of the Company; (9) Maintain commercial insurance policies and coverages, including for workers' compensation and other liability insurance; (10) Perform workforce analytics, data analytics, and benchmarking; (11) Administer and maintain the Company's operations, including for safety purposes; (13) Exercise or defend the legal rights of the Company and its employees, and affiliates, customers, contractors, and agents; and (14) to comply with requirements of government grants, including, but not limited to, program and audit requirements. %
