    Title:

    Release Train Engineer IIILocation: Carmel, IN, HybridDuration: 6+ months contractLocal candidates located near Carmel, IN but we will consider outstanding talent located anywhere in the SE region.

    We have an immediate contract opportunity for an Agile minded Release Train Engineer (RTE), supporting an Agile Release Train (ART)by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large environments.

    The RTE helps resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement.

    The RTE is accountable for the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of value throughthe program while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

    Key ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementPortfolio, Program, and Project SupportBusiness Process ImprovementRelease and DeploymentFill gaps on the RTC and for the trainGeneral Requirements:

    Previous experience with Metadata and Master Data projects and programs utilizing tools such as Podium,Infosphere, Governance Catalog, Web Portal, Collibra and/or ErwinAgile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSP, CSC, , ICAgile, PMI-ACP).Experience using Rally and Clarity.

    Integrating ERP or Financial systemsExperience with multiple SDLC methodologies (waterfall, unified, Agile).5+ years large/complex program software delivery/program management covering all aspect of SDLC.3+ years of practical experience managing release trains under Agile preferably SAFe (Scale of Agile Framework)Works under general direction.

    Uses discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues and assignments.
    Interacts with and influences colleagues. Has working level contact with customers, suppliers, and partners.
    May supervise others or make decisions which impact the work assigned to individuals or phases of projects.
    Performs a range of work, sometimes complex and non- routine, in a variety of environments.
