Job summary
The Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for various administrative functions including greeting clients and families, answering telephones, taking referrals for all programs and handling crisis calls.The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as a high school diploma or equivalent required with 1 year of administrative/customer service experience required.
This job is primarily based in Waterbury CT with occasional cross-coverage at our Naugatuck CT office as needed.
