    Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position in Mount Prospect, IL

    Job Description: We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mount Prospect, IL. This role is vital for providing specialized speech therapy services in a school setting, helping students enhance their communication skills and achieve their academic goals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and adaptive professional with a deep understanding of speech therapy practices in a school setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop and execute tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
    • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students educational goals and language development.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adapting therapy techniques as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Valid Illinois SLP license.
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred.
    • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate.
