    Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA)

    We are seeking compassionate and committed PCAs to join our expanding team. Your role will involve providing in-home care to our clients with respect and compassion, receiving the same respect and value in return.

    Schedule:

    - Monday to Friday
    - Weekends
    - Day Shift
    - Night Shift
    - On-Call
    - Weekends

    Requirements

    Job Description:

    Our Agency is committed to recruiting individuals we would trust with our own families. PCAs deliver personalized care and services based on a prescribed plan, catering to the needs and comfort of patients at their residences.

    Qualifications & Education:

    - Demonstrate empathy for elderly care
    - Ability to follow instructions
    - Display maturity and handle job demands effectively
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Attend annual personal care training
    - Participate in professional meetings as required
    - Work under close supervision to ensure quality client care
    - Clear criminal history check

    Responsibilities:

    - Assist with personal hygiene
    - Administer medication as directed
    - Support clients with mobility
    - Aid in personal care, meal preparation, and shopping
    - Perform housekeeping tasks and report incidents
    - Respond promptly in emergencies
    - Fulfill assigned tasks

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to:

    - Handle physically demanding tasks
    - Manage stress effectively
    - Meet weekly work hours
    - Lift heavy objects
    - Work in a demanding setting
    - Drive daily if needed

    Additional Requirements:

    - Communicate effectively with various individuals
    - Exhibit a passion for caregiving
    - Maintain a presentable appearance and good hygiene
    - Possess a reliable transportation method
    - Comfortable with pets and smokers

    Work Location: In person in Pickens, Easley, Powdersville SC
