As an Instructor Pilot at CAE/SIMCOM your role goes beyond training — you cultivate confidence capability and mastery You will train mentor and evaluate pilots through simulator sessions ground school pre-flight briefings and tailored instruction ensuring they are fully prepared for the moments that matterResponsibilities
- Deliver standardized training in the classroom and/or simulator for Captain Upgrades Initial / Recurrent Training PIC / SIC Evaluations Differences Training Remedial Training
- Enforce company standards promote safe operating practices Provide clear effective instruction with strong communication presentation skills Accurately impartially evaluate pilot performance Conduct simulator ground training at SIMCOM Maintain accurate training records submit required documentation on time Monitor customer progress ensure alignment with SIMCOM training standards Serve as liaison between customers training center management If authorized conduct Proficiency Checks Certification Checks under FAR 135/142 Participate in training meetings conferences addressing customer requirements Maintain all required qualifications certifications instructional proficiency Demonstrate professionalism at all times Perform related duties assignments as required
