HousekeeperFLSA Status: Part time $16 per hourDepartment: OperationsReports to: General Manager and/or Housekeeping Coordinator

Position Summary:
This position provides high quality cleaning services for all areas of the facility as well as set-up of rooms for events

Qualifications:
Morning and weekends hours onlyAbility to listen and follow instructionsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Ability to work and get along with fellow employeesSufficient training, experience, and competence in the janitorial fieldResponsibilities:

Sweep, Scrub, mop and wax floorsVacuum and clean rugs and carpetsClean, dust and polish furniture and woodworkEmpty and clean waste receptacles and ashtraysClean walls, ceilings, restrooms, window shades and light fixturesOperate machinery such as buffers, vacuums and shampoo machinesSet-up event rooms according to Banquet Event Order diagrams.

Assist in moving furnitureMaintain good attendance and promptnessFollow safety proceduresReport evidence of vandalism or damageBe always personable and courteous to the publicPreform any other duties assigned by supervisors
