Join our dynamic team as a Furniture Delivery Helper and become a vital part of bringing comfort and style to our customers' homes In this energetic role, you will assist with the safe and efficient delivery of furniture and large items, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery team with loading, unloading, and securing furniture in trucks using heavy lifting techniques and tools such as hand dollies or 4 wheel dollies when necessary
- Help load and unload furniture safely, ensuring items are protected from damage during transit
- Support the driver in route driving duties, helping navigate delivery routes efficiently and safely
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards at all times
- Assist with warehouse organization to keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse work or moving services is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn
- Experience in delivery driving or courier services involving route driving is a plus
- Familiarity with heavy lifting, manual handling, or operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous
- Customer service experience helps ensure positive interactions with clients during deliveries
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items repeatedly throughout the day

Start Time: 5:30am till Route Completed
Days: Tuesday - Saturday
