    Job Summary

    The Program Administrator Specialist will coordinate and administer College level inclusive excellence programs and focus groups through the Office of Multicultural Programs for staff positions. In this role, you will develop and implement intercultural competence workshops for faculty, staff and stakeholders and analyze and develop reports and infographic resources for inclusive excellence programming and focus groups.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Actively participating in the development and implementation of new and existing program policies, processes and procedures
    • Assist the Assistant Director of Faculty and Staff Development in OMP with program offerings, including scheduling, reservations, presentations, coordinating logistics, advertisement and participation
    • Participate and co-chair sub committees of the DATA (Diversity Action Team in Ag) Committee
    • Coordinate and facilitation of AGR 20100 "Communicating Across Cultures" in the Office of Multicultural Programs on behalf of instructor of record
    • Work directly assisting TAs with their role and responsibilities
    • Update and prepare materials for the course
    • May assess and update workshop topics or delivery methods as appropriate
    • Write and submit grant proposals to support faculty and staff programs
    • Provide administrative, logistics and event planning and other support the college's efforts in scaling up excellence
    • Responsible for coordination of OMP staff updates on the website and social media for OMP
    What We're Looking For:
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Organizational Leadership & Supervision or related field
    • 1 year of experience in program management, communications, diversity training, conflict resolution or related experience
    • Strong communication skills, knowledge of basic data analysis, facilitation skills, social media skills
