    Position: PT&FT Commission-Only Sales Representative

    Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

    --Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for channel strategy, the business development and sales target achievement in USA.
    • Establish and manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors, chain retailers and independent dealers.
    • New product introduction to every key account, from early phase phase communications to launch, in accordance with their assortment selection process.
    • Collect and analyse the information of competitors and industry.

    --Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in channel sales in electrical equipment or related industries.
    • Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development.
    • Excellent understanding in retail management.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Remote working in any West Coast cities of the United States is acceptable.

    --Compensation:

    This Commission-only position offers lucrative commission rates based on sales performance. Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to transit into a contract-to hire role based performance or receive equity share of the Company.
