    Summary/Objective


    As the HRBP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

    You will lead a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, support, and expertise in all areas of HR management.

    The Human Resources Business Partner Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives and integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization.

    This role contributes to the overall strategy and handles complex HR issues within functional areas of expertise.

    Essential Functions/Responsibilities
    Provide expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of employee relations, compensation, training, immigration, global mobility, and communications for client group(s)
    Assist client group(s) with Recruiting strategies and activities, including resume and phone screening, compensation proposals, offer letters, and employee onboarding
    Support employee relations, provides assistance and advise on HR topics
    Ensure Safran's training goals are achieved by encouraging employee training through classroom and virtual learning
    Participate in talent network in the US to facilitate career growth and mobility for the workforce
    Manage the annual performance review, merit and bonus campaigns
    Make recommendations for policy and process improvements
    Help facilitate communications and town hall meetings
    Provide support or deliver training on a variety of Human Resources topics including interviewing and EEO compliance
    Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
    Establish and maintain department records and reports
    Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
    Maintain close working relationship with all HR stakeholders (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and company departments, as well as other Safran Group companies)

    Ensure data integrity in HRIS system and HR records, making changes and updates when necessary and provides troubleshooting and training for users.

    Manage data in SELIA and ADP.
    Validate payrolls on a bi-weekly basis.
    Perform other incidental and related duties required and assigned.
    Design and lead employee engagement activities and strengthen the Safran culture at the site

    Travel specifictity
    Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Local HRBP based in Savannah and Cincinnati.

    Candidate skills & requirements
    Required Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
    Ten or more years of Human Resources experience
    Prior leadership experience preferred
    Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
    Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making
    Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and be deadline sensitive
    Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
    Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Word skills. Previous experience with ADP and SuccessFactors HRIS system is a plus
    Must be able to work independently and have strong problem-solving skills
