    Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring full time 3-11 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and part time 3-11 weekend Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. (Sign on bonus for FT employees only) We are a 179-bed Skilled Nursing facility in Lutz, Florida and is designed for culture change based on the national movement for more individualized care. We focus on the individual needs of each of our patients and partner with physicians, patients, and their families to ensure successful patient outcomes. We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and offer a fast track orientation option so you could get started that same day you interview

    We are located at 750 Hayes Rd, Lutz, FL

    WE ARE IMMEDIATELY HIRING LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPNS) FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS:
    • 7am - 3pm
    • 3pm - 11pm
    • 11pm - 7am
    LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS:
    • $6,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME HIRES
    • NEW WAGE SCALE - make up to $32 per hour with shift differentials & weekend differentials (dependent on experience)

    LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida
    • Skilled nursing / long term care experience, preferred
    • Valid BLS Certification
    • IV Certification
    We conduct interviews in person Monday- Friday 10:30am - 4:00pm at our center.
