Job Title: CNC Class A Machinist

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for your next challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Boston as a CNC Class A Machinist. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating multiple CNC vertical milling machines to produce high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Ensure top-notch product quality while meeting deadlines and minimizing costs through standardized tools and processes.
Utilize CAD/CAM files, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions to execute diverse CNC operations.
Create and modify programs using CAD/CAM systems and assist in training others.
Maintain quality standards and report any issues for corrections.
Operate equipment, interpret G-Code, and work from complex drawings.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of MS Office and machining practices.

Requirements for the Role:

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Proficiency in machine shop practices and working with various steel grades.
Ability to read and program in G-Code format.
Familiarity with Mazak controls is a plus.
Computer literacy and basic understanding of MS Office.
