The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a proactive mindset, and a passion for uncovering actionable insights to support our sales, marketing, and strategic teams.

    Job Description:

    The Market Research Analyst will play a key role in studying market conditions to assess and improve the potential sales of our portfolio. You will analyze qualitative data, market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to provide actionable insights that help increase CCSWB's competitiveness and market share. Your findings will guide internal teams in making data-driven decisions and driving performance improvements across our brands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Gathering & Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze syndicated data to understand competitive landscape and product performance.
    • Interpret market share and behavior insights to identify areas of opportunity and growth for ### portfolio.

    Market Insights & Recommendations:

    • Provide factual insights on market conditions and product performance.
    • Develop actionable recommendations for the RGM, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance market share and product performance.

    Visual Reporting & Presentation:

    • Create clear and concise visual and graphic representations of your findings to share across the organization.
    • Present findings to diverse audiences, making complex data easy to understand, often accompanied by visual support such as charts and graphs.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to support the development of plans and programs aimed at market share growth.
    • Work closely with internal teams, from executive leadership to front-line personnel, to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

    Ad Hoc & Specialized Analyses:

    • Conduct specialized analyses as requested by internal teams, ensuring that recommendations are relevant and actionable.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Graduate degree preferred).

    Experience:

    • 1+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or deep-dive analysis. Project management experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of business operations, with experience working directly in or with operational teams.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
    • Strong consultative communication skills, with experience in presenting data to clients or leadership.

    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of visual tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and data warehousing such as Scala, R, Python, SQL, Matlab, SAS, SPSS, Minitab, Hive, Hadoop, Pig, Spotfire, etc.
    • Comfortable working with large datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems.

    Skills:

    • Analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
    • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to generate innovative solutions to business challenges.
