Join Us as an Environmental Planner:

• Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (Rockies and Midwest Regions preferred)

Be part of our team responsible for preparing permitting documents, assisting in environmental siting, planning, and permitting for renewable energy, natural gas, and electric projects. We seek a detail-oriented team player who can take initiative, act as a deputy project manager, and eventually lead tasks related to renewable energy projects. Your role involves supporting project managers in various tasks, preparing environmental documents, and representing clients to regulatory agencies.

Your Role:

• Assist in preparing environmental permitting documents and act as a task lead or deputy project manager
• Prepare documents for energy facility siting, permitting, environmental surveys, and resource analyses
• Work on local jurisdictional permitting efforts
• Represent clients before regulatory and land management agencies

Qualifications:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Research and interpret regulations, demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience (Range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year)
