    What you will do:

    As a Field Service Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for the execution of classroom and field training for new and tenured Field Service Technicians. You will be responsible for time in the field validating and coaching proper Field Service process execution.

    In this role you will support Stryker's West region and will frequently travel to Kalamazoo, MI - in addition to travel throughout the West region.

    Additional responsibilities:
    • Take part in the development and delivery of training materials and training programs in alignment with organizational expectations and strategy
    • Provide active engagement in the onboarding and training of all new Field Service Technicians in alignment with the new hire process
    • Mentor new Field Service Technicians, teaching and modeling proper process execution, customer centric, and values-based behaviors
    • Act as a key member of the training team with the consistent delivery of training content in areas such as new hire training, product knowledge, and repair training
    • Be an active part of establishing and implementing standards to operate a best-in-class training environment enabling a greater customer experience and increased employee engagement
    • Execute quality audit processes validating training retention and appropriate service delivery
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in the development of updated procedures
    • Function as a key partner in tracking elements of new employee training - training required for cross-training and product launches
    • Partner with Regional Leaders to share insights and aid in strengthening in overall execution of work conducted by the Field Service team
    What you need:
    • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience required
    • 1+ year of experience in development, facilitation, and/or execution of training materials preferred
    • Experience working in a service operations environment preferred
    • Ability to travel 60%
    $58,700-118k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
