- Our workflow is fairly balanced, however we have had an increase in CP work over the last 5 years.
- We offer signing bonuses for qualified technicians, which is paid out over 5 years. The amount is dependent on experience and credentials.
- We do generally start technicians out on a guarantee for a limited time if necessary, for the sake of any adjustment period.

- We hire enough technicians to handle the workload generated by our Business Development Center and Advisor staff, which allows you to operate efficiently without being overwhelmed.
- We, of course, always want to help expand technical knowledge and abilities through training, so we cover costs of manufacturer training courses, lodging, and expenses
Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking a skilled and dedicated A or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires expertise in various automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). - Automotive Maintenance Technicians will Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Align vehicles and ensure proper handling and performance.
- Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate repair cost assessments.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Must have proven experience as an Automotive Maintenance Technician
- Ford, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota Experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with powertrain components and diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and ADAS technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Valid Driver's License and insurable record
- High School Diploma/GED
