    MECKLEY SERVICES, INC. IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL-ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DISPATCHER/OFFICE ASSISTANT. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of standard office equipment and be computer proficient.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer phones.
    • Assign technicians to service jobs and be able to communicate efficiently to them.
    • Answer emails.
    • Processing vendor invoices.
    • Assisting with payroll, A/P, and general accounting entries.
    • Maintaining employee- and operations- related spreadsheets and logs.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with Basic Accounting, Accounts Payable, Sage and QuickBooks is preferred.
    • Proficient in Excel.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Consistent attention to detail.
    • Having the ability to manage diverse tasks and adapt to shifting priorities will allow you to excel in this position
