Assemble and install mechanical components on gas turbines and compressor packages.Responsibilities
- Fit, tack, and weld mechanical components per drawings and welding standards
- Perform GTAW welding on stainless steel and low-alloy materials (ASME B31.3, P8 6G)
- Read and interpret complex assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Assist with alignments, part installation, and rigging activities
