    Job Summary

    As an ERP Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting ERP processes and you will implement approved engineering document changes and release in a controlled environment per standard operating procedures. This job requires organizational skills, computer skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support new IFS module implementations and initiatives throughout all business areas.
    • Investigate and develop IFS configurations.
    • Support Requirement Gathering
    • Support System testing, Test script creation and user testing.
    • Support the business in Data Preparation
    • Documentation creation (process flow, work instructions)
    • Go Live Support and Training
    • Execute change activities and release of controlled documents.
    • Execute master data updates within ERP system.
    • Support functional business areas in SME, Trainer, and End user training.
    • Function as first line of support for ERP related issues.
    • Support business process improvements.
    • Represent Purus in a professional manner, in keeping with its standards of conduct.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    · General computer skills and proficiency with standard office software

    · Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS) and controlled change management

    · Ability to adhere to written operating procedures.

    · Organization and accurate record keeping.

    · The ability to sit, stand, and walk eight hours per day and carry up to 20 lbs

    · An Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

    · A minimum of 3 years of related experience

    · Experience with IFS implementation or upgrade projects (beneficial)

    · Experience with IFS Field Service, Finance, Maintenance (beneficial)

    Must be United States citizen, lawful permanent resident or otherwise eligible to work in the United States.
