    Key Responsibilities:

    The Senior Specialist Safety Programs role will primarily be responsible for Inflight Safetys Quality Control manual, its maintenance, and execution of all appropriate processes, procedures, and audits.

    The role leads and maintains Inflights Quality Control program through upkeep of manuals, processes and procedures, regular contact with partners, and analysis of data.

    Additionally, the position prepares stakeholders within Inflight for all scheduled audit and participates in corporate audit preparation.

    The position coordinates cross-divisional safety projects as warranted, as well as proactively managing Inflights relationship with Association of Flight Attendants (AFA) representatives and other appropriate stakeholders.

    This position uses available safety data to analyze and trigger proactive risk mitigation and verify continued efficacy of established safety-driven resolutions.

    Additionally, this role will be responsible for the administration of the Flight Attendant Fatigue Program.

    Drives visibility through data tracking, trending, and analysis of all available data streams (Inflight Quality Control / Quality Assurance, Fatigue Risk Management Program, Safety Management System) to ensure compliance with regulatory entitiesTracks and trends all data collected in the Inflight Fatigue Risk Management ProgramPrepares and delivers presentations for fatigue related data analysisPrepares agenda and schedules meetings pertaining to the Fatigue Risk Management ProgramResponsible for strategy and preparation of Quarterly Fatigue Review with senior leadersUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.

    Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
    Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experienceAviation, Operations or Legal-related field, or Regulatory experience working with Compliance to the US Code of Federal Regulations2+ years or experience working with safety / regulatory complianceKnowledge of Auditing / Quality Assurance programs and techniquesKnowledge of Aviation Safety Management SystemsAbility to clearly communicate to stakeholders of all experience and influence levelsStrong project management skills including strict timeline managementMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationsReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
