Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

On call hours required 1 day per week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Perform 1 week of call per every 9-10 weeks
Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
Daily census of approximately 25 patients
Work in a 4-room interventional radiology unit
Minimum 1 year of experience required

Required certifications:
BLS and ARRT

Equipment used:
Siemens

Preferred skills:
PACS, C-Arm, and Contrast

Charting system:
Cerner (preferred)

Floating required to affiliate hospitals
First time travelers accepted
Perform procedures including liver center procedures, Y 90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, and drain placements
Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
Call-in shifts must be made up during pay period or added to end of contract

Facility:
This major academic medical center provides comprehensive interventional radiology services with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The facility specializes in advanced procedures including liver interventions, radioembolization, and complex drain placements.

The interventional radiology department operates with modern Siemens equipment and maintains a robust case volume with specialized procedures across multiple service lines including hepatobiliary, vascular, and oncologic interventions.
